Back for its second season, Extreme E returned to Saudi Arabia for the Desert X Prix this weekend, held in a new location of NEOM in the northwest of the country.

Altawkilat - Universal Motors Agencies has announced a new partnership with the Andretti United Extreme E Team.
The new partnership will see Altawkilat - Universal Motors Agencies support Andretti United as it takes on Extreme E – a radical new racing series, which will see electric SUVs competing in extreme environments around the world. The first round of Extreme E takes place in AlUla, northwestern Saudi Arabia from 2-4 April.
The five-race global voyage highlights the impact of climate change on some of the world’s most fragile ecosystems and promotes the adoption of electric vehicles to help preserve the environment and protect the planet.
2019 FIA World Rallycross Champion, Timmy Hansen from Sweden and Great Britain’s Catie Munnings, a former European Rally Champion, will race for the brand-new squad, Andretti United Extreme E in its inaugural season.
